Product description: The Comfort version sandblasting cabinet combines a solid construction made of powder-coated, welded steel sheet with well-thought-out features that make it particularly suitable for professional use. It was designed for use with a pressure vessel, which increases the efficiency of the blasting and at the same time requires less compressed air. This cabinet offers a range of additional features that make sandblasting precise and convenient and allow glass to be finished to a high standard.

• Sturdy construction: the powder-coated, welded steel body guarantees stability and durability, even under heavy use.
• Practical base frame: the stable base frame with integrated shelf  for tools and materials.
• Sand recovery hopper with outlet: The sand recovery tank under the cabin with outlet ensures easy sand recycling, especially when using a pressure pot.
• Easy access: Cabin doors on both sides (left and right) allow for easy placement and removal of the glass to be blasted.
• Dust extraction opening: The dust extraction opening on the left rear side for the connection hose between the cabin and the dust extractor.

Equipment:

• Flexible hose assembly: The soft hose set inside the cabin ensures comfortable working with less hand fatigue. Compared to the Eco version, where the sandblasting gun is placed directly on the sand hose, this version offers easy handling.
• Tungsten nozzle: The Comfort cabin is equipped with a high-quality tungsten nozzle with a 2.5 mm opening, which has an extremely long service life and enables precise blasting work.
• LED lighting: A swivelling LED light inside the cabin provides bright illumination and good shadowing, so that the blasting process can be optimally followed.
• Hinged window with protective glass: The window is equipped with hardened protective glass on the outside and an additional inner glass. The inner glass can be quickly and easily replaced if necessary.
• Protective equipment: Neoprene protective gloves provide a high level of comfort and protection during sandblasting.

• This sandblasting cabinet is ideal for sandblasting glass objects of all kinds up to a size of approx. 80 x 50 cm.
• It is also suitable for sandblasting other materials. The abrasive should be kept clean or changed to maintain the sandblasting quality.

Recommended sandblasting material:

• Aluminium oxide with a grain size of 80 - 120 (approx. 25 kg recommended).
